Fairwood United Methodist Church can, at times, offer financial assistance through the Community Assistance Program.
To request emergency assistance please provide the following: (Updated 4/26)
Small Scale
– Form and copy of Picture ID or Driver’s License
Emergency Assistance
-Utility bills, disconnection notice, medical bills, or other documents that demonstrates one’s need where you owe $4,000 or less.
– Form and copy of Picture ID or Driver’s License
Policies:
- -Applicants must have a mailing address in Renton or Kent
- -Applicants can only receive help once every year
- -Applicants are not permitted to solicit directly from church members.
- Payments are issued to designated landlord, utility provider, clinic, etc., NOT the applicant
- Frequent requests are subjet to the discretion of CAP Team.
- The CAP team may request an in-person meeting with an applicant.
