Our All Church Conference for this year will be held on Monday, December 10^th beginning at 7:00 pm.  An All Church Conference is like our annual meeting, required by the Book of Discipline.  A number of administrative things are taken care of – checking on our tax status, not for profit status, and so on.  We receive a proposed budget to approve for the coming year.  And we receive reports from all the areas of ministry in the Church.  Having said all that, it is also a time to reflect together on the shared ministry of all of us.  This is the time for us to wonder together about how things are going in our Church.  If you do not know much about how the Church works, this meeting will help a lot in getting you more acquainted with the Church.  It is an ALL CHURCH Conference – meaning that everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.  Please make an effort to be with us on December 10^th.  Pastors Jim & Paula.
